Founder & Team

A graduate in Public Relations from IULM University in Milan. Following a work experience in the USA, she joined the Image Building team in November 1995. From the very beginning of her professional career, Simona embraced the digital sector, working with Matrix-Virgilio, the first Italian Internet company, and developing a real passion for innovation from then on.

In 1997, she was appointed Head of the Technology Division, which she ran over the years approaching communications from a multitude of different angles (corporate, financial, product, crisis management) for a broad portfolio of clients (Tiscali, Nokia, Prysmian, Telit, Discovery Italia, Satispay but also Pastificio Lucio Garofalo, UNA Hotels, Regione Autonoma Friuli Venezia Giulia, to mention but a few). In October 2016, Simona decided to embark on a new business path and founded Angèlia with the clear vision of continuing to help bring innovation into the lives of people, enhancing through her own work innovation-oriented minds and projects.

A graduate from Istituto Superiore di Comunicazione, Valeria has 15 years’ experience in corporate communications, with a focus on technology and innovation. She started her professional career at Power Emprise, and then at Immediapress of the Adnkronos Group. From 2006 to 2016, she worked for Image Building developing, amongst other skills, the ability to work independently with several clients such as Nokia Italia, Microsoft, Prysmian, Pastificio Lucio Garofalo, Tiscali and Yougenio. Between 2017 and 2019, she worked for Burson Cohn & Wolfe as a Manager, developing her press office background in the corporate and innovation areas. Valeria joined Angèlia Comunicazione in September 2019.

A graduate in Business Communications, Advertising and New Media from Rome’s LUMSA University, she started working in the corporate and financial communications sector in 2009. Between 2013 and the end of 2018, she worked at iCorporate — a consultancy company specialised in public relations both on traditional and digital media — where she managed projects for clients such as Walgreens Boots Alliance, Avio Spazio, BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking, Cinven, Credimi, Euclidea, F.I.L.A. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis e Affini, Saipem, Space Spac and Willis Towers Watson. Previously, she had worked at Close to Media, where she had been responsible for customers such as Salini Costruttori (today Salini Impregilo), Clouditalia, Comitato Leonardo and at Twister Communication Group, where she worked with clients such as Lazard, HSBC (Bank and Asset Management), Sintonia, Oltre Venture, Optimum and PerMicro.

With a degree in Foreign Languages and Business from the Catholic University of Milan, after an experience in a digital marketing agency in Tallinn (Estonia), Paolo joined Burson-Marsteller in 2017. At that firm he handled corporate and digital communication for several clients, such as Microsoft, Chiomenti, Westfield Milano, Campari Group, Inditex and Nidec ASI. Since June 2021, Paolo has been part of the Angèlia Comunicazione team.

Ludovica graduated in Linguistic Sciences – Media Managament at the Catholic University of Milan.
He obtained a master’s degree in German applied to corporate communication, following which he did an internship at the Mediaset Group, dealing with international scripted productions, in particular the German television market.   From September 2022 is part of the team of Angèlia Communication.

Angèlia believes in the value of collaboration and the specific nature of skills. It is for this reason that throughout its growth path it has developed a network of companies and professionals with extensive experience in all communications segments.

Over time, one of these partners has become a mainstay of Angèlia’s activity, with which it works on a constant basis to design the growth strategies of the agency and of the shared clients
